Arsenal Thrash Oxford United 0-3, Nketiah Grabs Brace

Gunners Cruise into Next Round of FA Cup

Arsenal continued their impressive form with a comfortable 0-3 victory over Oxford United in the FA Cup third round. Eddie Nketiah was the star of the show for the Gunners, scoring twice to help his side progress to the next round of the competition.

Nketiah on Fire

Nketiah opened the scoring for Arsenal in just the sixth minute, tapping home from close range after being set up by Bukayo Saka. The forward doubled his tally just before half-time, firing home from inside the box after a clever through ball from Martin Odegaard.

Arsenal Dominate

Arsenal were in complete control throughout the match, dominating possession and creating numerous chances. Oxford United rarely threatened the Gunners' goal, and the visitors could have easily scored more if they had been more clinical in front of goal.

Comfortable Victory

The second half was more of the same, with Arsenal continuing to press and Oxford United offering little in response. Gabriel Jesus added a third for the Gunners in the 63rd minute, capitalizing on a defensive error to tap home from close range.

Oxford United, who had performed admirably in the previous round by defeating Swansea City, were outclassed by a superior Arsenal side. Despite the valiant efforts of the League One team, the gulf in quality between the two sides was evident throughout the match.

Arsenal will now face Manchester City in the fourth round of the FA Cup, while Oxford United will turn their attention back to their league campaign.
